We are a husband and wife team who own a property in Marley Court, Broxbourne. We bought our flat in 2001 as a young couple and lived there for 5 years. Over the years we began to get fed up paying our fees to management companies and not seeing any return for our money. Repairs were slow and costly and little or no work was being done to the outside areas or even inside the communial areas. So…….. We decided to set up our own company and take over the day to day running of our buildings.

This has been a great success for us, and a year later we took on a second group of flats. We have great testimonials from very happy flat owners who have seen repairs completed straight away and essential maintenance carried out to improve the buildings before they have become a problem. This has all been done without increasing fees or asking for extra money. We endeavour to manage the money coming in carefully and spend wisely. This undoubtably has made the properties a nicer place to live.

We specialise in but are not limited to, older buildings that have been neglected. We aim to restore them to their former glory and make them a better and nicer place to live. By using the available service charge funds to cover the cost we endeavour to use your money wisely giving an excellent and cost effective service.

The main reason we have been able to stretch the service charge funds without increasing them is because we are a small company with no hidden charges. We do not add a percentage on to jobs we only take our quarterly fee.

When we take over a group of flats we want to put our stamp on it straight away, by making the properties look cared for. We will fix any niggling problems immediately and clean up the general area. We look for problems and correct them before they arise.

We listen to what our clients want. The service charge money belongs to you, and we spend it on what you want. This is why AGMS are so important.

In one AGM it was brought up that a lot of criminal activity was happening on the premises after dark. We responded by increasing lighting and putting up a CCTV camera, which has a live internet connection and a static IP address. There are now no more problems and people feel safer.
